Riverside campsite, river left (on the right for upstream paddlers), within sight of an osprey nesting platform and adjacent to a trucking company. It appears before reaching the Weston Dam/portage, the first of three dams in the Groveton area. Campsite includes a Clean/Drain/Dry station, sign-in box, picnic table and privy.
Campsite is secluded, but accessible by road via a trail. Downhome Motel is located across the street from the parking lot via a mowed path beyond the privy.
