Portage was added in 2015 to help thru-paddlers circumvent a difficult upstream portion of the Clyde River. Marked take-out, river left (right as you are traveling upstream), after the I-91 overpass. Portage passes by a lean-to and campsite, past the Yale Dale Farm buildings and home to Bridge Street. Water is available from a spigot outside of the house.
This campsite is secluded on private property.
