We made it to Plattsburg around 6 pm today, paddling 23 miles from Baker's Acre's Campground in Picketts Corners, NY. Still fabulous weather. Sam really had the best. Rained last night, but otherwise, the day's have been gorgeous. Had the first 15 miles done by noon, the last 8 were extremely hard won. Decided to take the ferry over to Burlington tonight and are staying at the same hotel that Sam will be using tomorrow to leave the car for Joyce to use in a few weeks. Picking up Beckie tomorrow morning, among other things we need to do.
